[PATCH xserver 0/4] glamor: fix bug 98508, related cleanup

Addresses an issue with repeat-reflect linear gradients
( https://bugs.freedesktop.org/98508 ), an issue with no-reflect
gradients, and cleans up some of the surrounding code.
