Yes, This is a choice to avoid the error, but this way will change xserver
and i915 driver run in a serial mode, It may run 2 second slower than
parallel one, Although the time is very short.

And waiting in xserver won't impact the other board which did not suffer the error.
This way may make the whole xserver more flexible than add a precondition.
It may a little better than delay server.
