[PULL xserver 1.19] intel happy go crashy fixes

Improves the user experience by not crashing frequently. The fixes aren't
intel-specific per-se, but only that driver seems to trigger them. See
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99358
