[PATCH xf86-video-dummy v2] Remove pointless empty functions

Aaron Plattner aplattner at nvidia.com
Thu Sep 22 16:14:26 UTC 2016

These functions might be useful in a real driver, but with no
hardware, they're pointless. Get rid of them.

v2: Rebase, get rid of pointless calls to DUMMYAdjustFrame, return TRUE from
DUMMYSwitchMode.
