modesetting driver maintenance

Hi All,

I've several modesetting driver patches which have been
awaiting review for a while now:

And despite several pings these do not seem to be
getting anywhere.

Recently we've been appointing people in roles
like "glamor maintainer", etc. which helps greatly
with getting patches in those areas reviewed.

I believe that we also need a modesetting maintainer.

Since I've done some of the recent work on the
modesetting driver; and I don't see anyone else
volunteering, I'll even volunteer for this.
