[PATCH libX11-xcb] add XCBGetXDisplay

Did we ever reach a conclusion on this patch?  I was thinking of doing a
libX11 release sometime early this year, and if this is ready to include,
would pull it in.

(Is http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/50613/ the latest version or is
  there a newer one?  I've lost track in my mail folders.)
