Problem is patches in bugzilla are unlikely to be reviewed, even less when they are inline in the bug description.

Best is to prepare a patch (on top of git master, either with git format-patch or directly with git send-email, not forgetting to add the "signed-off-by:" and referencing the "bugzilla: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91811") and post it to xorg-devel mailing list so it can be reviewed and picked by the maintainers.
