I think some binary blobs don't support EGL_MESA_configless extension. We can argue that they should add this support, but it will be good if we can also have some fallback there.

What driver does this apply to?  Is there a good reason for that driver not supporting EGL_MESA_configless context?  It's a very nice extension, and trivial to implement.
