I'd like to bring up https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81800.
AFAIR the root cause is arguably in Mesa (EGL returns a texture in
incomplete state), but it's only a problem since glamor commit
45ebc4e3fac7f1a85167d05e2833949b89f02d64, and it should be easy to work
around in glamor. AFAIR Markus had a patch for that at some point.
