No - no developer is perfect at the things we work on, and even those of
us who have been at it for 15 years are constantly learning new things and
have areas of the code we know little about.

As for OpenGL, you might also look into the Mesa project, which is a sister
project to X.Org that develops a OpenGL implementation:
