I tried looking at that, but it just says "You are not logged in as the
user in the URL."

Anyway, after reading some of the GSoC mentors guide, I'm afraid I don't
feel ready for that kind of commitment and responsibility at this time.
However, I'd be happy to look over your proposal (if I can access it :)
and generally help with the project as time permits on this mailing list.
