[PATCH xf86-video-ati 0/1] Add support for server managed fds

Hi All,

Here is a patch to add server managed fds support to the ati driver. Note
that is exactly the same patch as the RFC I send earlier, this is no longer
RFC as the necessary xserver changes have now landed upstream.
