[PATCH] Make sure X_BYTE_ORDER is defined for servermd.h

I'm sorry, but I completely missed what your patch was doing. Yes, just
having servermd.h check to make sure dix-config.h or xorg-server.h was
included before using X_BYTE_ORDER is what we want.
