[PATCH 2/2] xfree86: Fix initial output setup printout

Julien suggested removing the 'Output <foo> disabled' messages as
they're pretty much a duplicate of the previous 'Output <foo>
disconnected' messages just printed. Eliding the disconnected ones from
this list of disabled ones might be nice?
