Update for master.

Since commit 84e8de1271bb11b5b4b9747ae4647f47333a8ab7 fbcmap.c doesn't 
exist anymore and fbcmap_mi.c is used everywhere [1], so presumably that 
could be put back into libfb/libwfb now?
