[PATCH xf86-input-synaptics 0/2] Improve clickpad soft button behavior

Hi Peter, Benjamin et al,
Here are 2 somewhat unrelated patches, the first makes live better for people
who are using active-area settings. The second patch, which is somewhat
inspired by the first, stops synaptics from reporting movement on clicks
inside soft-button areas, while still allowing usage of the entire touchpad
for motions started outside of those areas.
This makes the clickpad much much nicer to use, it also reduces the need
for having the option to disable anything but clicking when using the
trackstick, note I say "reduces".
Unfortunately clicking outside of the soft button areas to get a left click,
still causes click + drag often. I've some ideas to fix this too.
Note these patches are to be applied on top of the TopSoftButtonArea patches
found in bugzilla.
