[PATCH 2/3] libxkbfile: Add a few missing flags the output of the xkb layout

Everything looks good to me, but I think you should split this to 3
patches (see comments). Also you've introduced some tabs.

Even though no security implications here, these should definitely be a
separate patch and obviously applied.
