Please help with bug fix

Hello!

I have found some problems with keyboard layout and made a patch to fix them: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86858

But unfortunately nobody answers to this bug. Could someone review my bug report? Whether it is filled correctly? Does anybody know who could commit my patch? It is really annoing to use wrong keyboard layout and fix it by hand every time you install new distro.
