using Xorg util-macros in xcb modules?

Is it time to start doing so? While xcb has a separate wiki & mailing list,
in many aspects it is an X.Org project these days, and could leverage more of
the shared infrastructure like util-macros to reduce the amount of reinventing
of those macros that needs to happen.
