No, we already fixed the problem reported in that bug report, by making
the syntax from the man page actually work:

(I don't really care if we have the space in the man page or not, just
  saying the Debian bug should be closed as already fixed.   Having the
  space is more consistent with other options, not having it is more
  consistent with the current usage message.)
