[PATCH libX11] documentation for XKeycoteToKeysym

Hello,

I am proposing this patch because the current documentation is not great
about this topic, and internet searches tends to confirm it should be
better.

The reason provided is a supposition from my side, as the concerned
commit message is desperately empty, and I did not succeed in finding
the discussions in the mailing list's archives, so if anyone can point
it to me I'd be happy to improve the message again.

Also, feedback on the proposed workaround is welcome as I am not an
expert on Xlib enough to be sure about it.
