For other drivers that also could use basic EXA acceleration now that
XAA is gone, I'm considering removing XAA support completely. 

The logic to be able to select the acceleration framework both at
build and at run time, and allow them to fail and fall back gracefully
is painful to get right and not worth the effort ihmo. 

EXA has been around long enough, so updated drivers will continue to
work with older servers if needed.

Any opinions on that ?
