[PATCH:xrdb] Add a command line flag -cppargs which allows passing arguments to cpp (while still complying with the access(2) check for the cpp executable).

Ok, we've tested this change and we can use that version too. Thanks
for pointing it out.
(I think the version I suggested is nicer, but I'm not gonna push on
this.)
