[PULL 1.12] xf86UpdateDesktopDimensions for 1.12

Jeremy, 

Please pull this change into the 1.12 branch. It is the is the export of the
new xf86UpdateDesktopDimensions() API as part of ABI 12.2. This is a
convenience API for binary drivers (read: NVIDIA) to update the server's
representation of the desktop dimensions after changing outputs. That again
is needed for the transformation matrix to work, e.g. if you want a tablet
mapped to a single screen only.

Not sure whether you'll release a 1.12.5 but it'd be nice to have the ABI
bump upstream so distros can cherry-pick that in as required.
