[PATCH synaptics 0/9] cleanup patches

These patches don't do much, the mostly shift things around and clean up a
bit. They're from a bigger work set here:
git://people.freedesktop.org/~whot/xf86-input-synaptics.git abstract-x-interface
which aims to separate the core of the driver from the rest. Two reasons:
unit-testing becomes easier if we don't require a server to be linked
against the driver (see the fake symbols mess) and this may be the start of
a wayland compatible touchpad driver (or even client-side touchpad driver,
if necessary). If you're interested, have a read though I have to warn you
that the patch series is long and possibly confusing.
