[PATCH] Add '-xserver-keymap-dir' option to print .xkm file directory and exit

Yeah, probably a better name.

Sure, but it's the only one we'll cache files in. The first patch
doesn't re-use files from /tmp (or Win32TempDir()), so an installer
wouldn't need to remove files from there.
