Relaying a message here from Keith: due to an unexpected outage of his email
server, he cannot receive and/or access his email at the moment. So if
you have sent pull requests or patches, he's not ignoring you, he just
didn't get it yet.

This also means that the bugfix merge window will stay open for a bit longer
until he's back online again.
