Header file problem

During building the current version of xorg old versions of obsolete/unused X11 header
files in /usr/include/.... are found and used although it would be correct to only care about
headers in $PREFIX/include/...

app/xdpyinfo uses

    X11/extensions/xf86misc.h
    X11/extensions/xf86mscstr.h

app/xset uses

    X11/extensions/xf86misc.h
    X11/extensions/xf86mscstr.h
    X11/extensions/fontcache.h
    X11/extensions/fontcacheP.h
