[PATCH 0/6] Fix signal-unsafe logging

I have added commits to fix logging in os/backtrace.c and when queuing
events to the mieq event queue overflows. I also fixed a couple bugs and
added an fsync to the end of LogMessageVerbSigSafe().

Since this is getting to be a semi-large patch set, I have pushed it to:

This has resolved the crash Robert Hooker and I have seen when touching
the magic trackpad with lots of fingers and moving them all (which
generates a *ton* of events). There's still another user who has
reported a crash doing the same thing, so this may not be the complete
fix. However, it does seem to have an effect.
