local rpms here are:
docbook-dtds-1.0-54.fc15.noarch
docbook-style-dsssl-1.79-12.fc15.noarch
docbook-style-xsl-1.76.1-2.fc15.noarch
so equal or newer than yours, but i still don't get that prefix. and that's
with xmlto now updated to 0.0.24.
