Sorry, but NAK.   Oracle's legal guidelines and the permission I have under them
to release code require the notice in that form.   I cannot give permission to
remove it.

While Wikipedia may be correct (though it's not actually able to give legal
advice), that simply needs to be treated as part of the notice provided
by the copyright holder, and not something we can standardize or replace.
