From a report on IRC today, this appears to be an ABI break for input modules
(specifically kbd_drv.so):

(II) Using input driver 'kbd' for '<default keyboard>'
(II) Loading
/home/rodrigo/xorg_code_jhbuild/xorg-build/lib64/xorg/modules/input/kbd_drv.so
(**) <default keyboard>: always reports core events
/home/rodrigo/xorg_code_jhbuild/xorg-build/bin/Xorg: symbol lookup error:
/home/rodrigo/xorg_code_jhbuild/xorg-build/lib64/xorg/modules/input/kbd_drv.so:
undefined symbol: xf86IsPc98
