I've cherry picked a subset of these changes over:

       DRI2: Add ReuseBufferNotify hook
       DRI2: Expose API to set drawable swap limit.
       DRI2: Allow DDX to validate swap_limit changes

The first patch had already been applied separately, the second patch
was just adding an error message, which doesn't seem that useful to me.
