Sorry for taking so long, finally found what we had here and it was in
even more meager shape than I remembered, but I've pushed it out for
what little help that is:

	git+ssh://people.freedesktop.org/~alanc/transset.git

Should also be available soon as:

	http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~alanc/transset/
