[PATCH] Xi: fix length checks for swapped clients

[Julien Cristau]

ChangeDeviceProperty and XIChangeProperty are followed by some data, so
use REQUEST_AT_LEAST_SIZE instead of REQUEST_SIZE_MATCH.
