Yeah, this is definite 11.1 fodder, but bearing in mind the caveat from
the BadMatch vs. errorValue thread (clients can't declare 11.1 support
without being disconnected by 11.0 servers), and that this occurs before
connection setup (i.e. before versions get negotiated), it doesn't
change the behaviour for unaware servers at all.
