[PATCH] Remove hw/xwin/xlaunch

xlaunch is a putative Windows GUI tool for starting XWin.  As such, I guess it
should have been moved to a separate repository when modularization happened.

However, I'm not sure it has ever built for anyone except the original
developer, hasn't been touched since 2005, and needs lots of work to be even
vaguely functional.

So, the patch at [1] removes it from the server tree. (Not attached as large
patch is large)

(I've extracted the contents of the xlaunch directory to a separate repository
using "git filter-branch --subdirectory-filter hw/xwin/xlaunch -- --all",
which can be found at [2], where I might try and fix it up a bit later ...)
