[PATCH xf86-input-acecad] Fix type for default options.

InputDriverRec's default_options is char **, without const. Also,
declare it static, it's not used outside this file.

Fix build failure with CFLAGS="-Wall -Werror":

| acecad.c:132: error: initialization from incompatible pointer type
