According to the gnu make manual, sinclude is just a synonym for
"-include". Or if the issue is that automake is trying to interpret
that include statement itself, you just need a level of indirection to
keep it down:
SDKSYMS_DEP = sdksyms.dep
-include $(SDKSYMS_DEP)
