On the other hand, Fedora is supposedly going to move all
the executables into /usr any time soon. So that's quite a fair point
I'm going to hand over to them.
In the meantime, currently the officially supported way of doing this
is through calling /bin/kill. Maybe it will become some kind of virtual
alias at some point.
