[PATCH 0/4] glx: Minor fixes and regenerate code from Mesa

This series include three sets of minor changes and a regeneration of
several GLX protocol files from Mesa.  That patch, 3/4, is not
included in the series because it is huge.  The changes to the
generator scripts have already landed in the Mesa tree and were
reviewed by Brian Paul and Adam Jackson.
