[BUG] xorg xserver build failure

I can reproduce the error when building with all the default value
(./configure && make). This error has not yet shown up on tinderbox. The
-Werror=return-type was added in commit  b8a13e531db november the 7th.
If you build from tarballs, these changes are available in util-macros v
1.16 since dec 7th.
