Indeed, but there are plenty other such examples in the file. ;) :)

Personally I would suggest to remove them all, but since they
existed I thought better to at least change the trivial
Indic locales to such a form.  I'm happy to send in a patch
to drop all the XX_ZZ.* aliases if that is welcome. :)
