[PATCH resend 0/2] Trapezoids and triangles to windows

Hi,

I got no comments on these, and would like to make a pixman release
soon that includes the pixman patch. Once that happens, all trapezoid
rendering will be completely wrong unless the server patch is also
applied.

There is also the series starting here:

but that is not urgent, and more obviously correct.

In general, when patches are ignored, are you supposed to just send
them to Keith anyway after a while?
