[PATCH modular 00/10] build.sh script cleanup

Hi everyone,

I've created a bunch of cleanup patches that I'm hoping will be considered
for the modular build script. I believe they make working with the script,
and using it, nicer.

Trevor Woerner (10):
  Provide visual separation between modules.
  Provide earlier module/component title.
  Centralize build mode logic.
  Document functions in build.sh.
  Add preconditions.
  Indentation cleanup.
  Whitespace cleanup.
  Clean up "clone" logic.
  Rely on "git clone" return value.
  Provide nicer failed component listing.
