[PATCH] xkeyboard-config, new layout ru(ukrainian)

Hi.

Most of the time I need only two keyboard layouts: us and ru. But sometimes
I need ua layout, which differs from ru one by 3 chars only. So I
thought it would
be handy to add ukrainian variant to ru layout in order to get those
chars as third
level symbols.

Changes I made on my laptop in order to add this variant attached to this email.

It would be nice to include this changes in the future release of
xkeyboard-config.
