I definitely agree with nuking README.DRIcomp. The others I'm not going
to object to - if the Registry is neither accurate or being updated it
does seem pointless, and I don't know enough about EXA to know if the
docs just need some updates or are too far from reality to salvage.
It certainly seems like having some documentation of EXA would be nice.
