I agree, we have too many modules that are not really in use to add them to
the default. What we could consider though is a minimal or default set that
just gets the basic five or six modules that covers 99% of our testers
(xserver, evdev, intel, etc.).
people who want to be tracking the cutting edge of xlogo can be trusted to
clone it themselves.
