[PATCH 0/4 v3] fbdevhw cleanup

Hi,

In version #3 of this series, I removed the last two patches in which I got
comments from Mark Kettenis. Mark didn't like the approach I used to scatter
code concerning only Linux and PCI outside fbdevhw module. IMHO this is more a
matter of personal codying style, but I'm okay with it. Discussions mostly
happened in these threads:

I'm sending together glint and fbdev driver patches to work against this
series also (against #3 patch).
