I need your help to get a freedesktop account

The bug is assigned to Matthew Allum, which AFAIK is not doing any work for
Xephyr for while, neither some community contributions. So, we should remove
him from default assignee there because others may be waiting for his reply.

I'd like to please hear some feedback from Julien, Mikhail and Daniel, which
were the last guys doing most of development in kdrive infrastructure, how we
should tackle Haitao's account.
